At that minute the Sun, the Moon and every planet stood in one arrangement above one place on Earth.
That arrangement is your birth chart, also called a natal chart. We calculate it to the second with the Swiss Ephemeris, built on NASA JPL data.
Then it is read, planet by planet and house by house. That is what fills the book.
