The aspects

Important elements of every horoscope are also the aspects – they are angles which the planets and other important points form with each other.

Here, we consider six most important aspects: Conjunction (0 degrees), Sextile (60 degrees), Square (90 degrees), Trine (120 degrees), Inconjunction (150 degrees), Opposition (180 degrees).

The more accurate the angle between two planets is, the more important and influential is their relationship in your horoscope. When calculating the aspects, we also consider a certain deviation, which depends on the importance of the aspect and the planets involved (deviation can be anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees of the exact angle).

There are also many smaller aspects, which are only important, if they are very accurate (up to 1 degree) and they, of course, have smaller power or influence. They can be of help with a more detailed and deeper analysis or description of personal horoscope, but for now, we do not take them into consideration.

Sun conjunction Mercury a M c (0X44Y)

Conjunction is actually the only aspect which the Sun and Mercury can form, because the maximum distance between them is less than 30 degrees (and so less than one astrological sign). You are usually a dynamic, moveable and persuasive person and usually have good ability of speech and communication. You quickly make conclusions and connections (unless Mercury is in another bad aspect or goes retrograde) and you often also have a good nose for business, you also master the art of bluffing. You have a sharp and quick mind, sense of detail and you are cunning, although you are also often talented in languages, writing, music and art. You are very sociable, also easy going and adaptable, that is why you have many acquaintances and friends and people, as a rule, like you and often invite you places. You have an audacious, curious and youthful nature and often also looks.

You are usually restless, passionate, impetuous, full of a certain inner tension, but also dynamic, swift and flexible. You have a competitive, motivated and ambitious nature, that is why you can be very successful in sports (if you are not involved with sports professionally, then at least as a hobby or you are very interested in it). You quickly get upset and often tend to be aggressive and you can experience some injuries with your haste and impetuousness. If other positions or aspects also indicate it, you are a workaholic and often overestimate your strengths and abilities, that is why you are also often under stress.

You are usually impulsive, impetuous and passionate. You like indulging in all life's pleasures, including good food, that is why you are often prone to obesity. You often have high-flying plans and goals which are too numerous to all be fulfilled. You often tend to be snobbish. You are usually an ambitious and enterprising, also competitive person.

With such trine, you have an open and free-spirited nature, modern views and are usually without prejudice, so you often have a very wide and special specter of friends and acquaintances. You are a humanitarian and an altruist, you often work with dedication in areas involved with the common good. You are intelligent, inventive and original. Often, you are in some way special and exciting and have a sort of magnetic attraction, so you are often in center of attention and are wanted in many companies. You don't like routine, monotony and molds, so you often choose dynamic and modern approaches and untrodden paths, on which you ¸break new ground and often leave your mark. You are not afraid of challenges and you like risks, you experiment a lot and do everything in some new, your own way.

You are very sensitive and emotional. You have vivid imagination and like to indulge in daydreaming, sometimes you are prone to laziness, that is why you don't always take advantage of your potentials. When problems occur, you often withdraw into your own world and sometimes don't want to face reality. You don't see others completely clearly nor yourself in relationships with them, that is why you need a lot of time for yourself to process emotional impressions. You need mild encouragement and guidance, you don't take criticism well. Sometimes you are prone to addictions (especially if other aspects and positions also indicate this). You can direct your excessive energy and inner unrest to sport that you are attracted to and often also involved in. You need to nurture tactfulness and patience.

You like being informed and educated, you can find a lot of pleasure in science and research.

You are altruistic, you try to improve the world and can also receive positive feedback, because of your good ideas which you often successfully present to others and others are willing to follow or at least help you on your path and with your efforts, although – because you are often simply “a bit ahead of time” – you are not always understood right away.

Because of these characteristics, you can be difficult to other people and have problems in relationships. You are not too adaptable and don't like making compromises, that is also your test, because you need to nurture this.

You have a lot of friends and acquaintances, you love travelling and exploring new countries (as well as their art and cuisine).

You are often torn between the traditional and the modern. You have a restless, exciting spirit and often a somehow special character, which makes you interesting and attractive to others. On the other hand, these same characteristics can also distance you from others. You sometimes feel alienated, misunderstood and as if you don't belong anywhere, which you can compensate with making numerous, yet not always satisfying, friendships and connections.

You are a passionate person with enormous energy and strength, but you don't always succeed in accumulating and taking advantage of them, that is why it is very important for you that you find the appropriate way to release excessive energy. You can find this in sports which you are often involved in. You can even achieve good results in sport and other areas once you learn to control the 'lower passions', such as exaggerated reactions, being too impetuous and tendency to violence.
