Barbra Streisand’s birth chart

3rd house in Gemini

24 April 1942, 05:08, Brooklyn, NY, USA

A reading speaks to the person it was written for, so this one talks to Barbra as “you”.

House of Gemini, ruled by Mercury

It represents your direct environment, relatives, sisters, brothers, neighborly relations, schooling, education, your ways of communication and ways of making acquaintances, it also indicates your early childhood, what ways of communication and what systems of learning and improving you have been taught and have gained. It indicates how you experience traffic and acting in it and (mostly short) travels.

3rd house in Gemini

Because your 3rd house starts or is in Gemini, you are extremely perceptive of all influences from your environment, in learning and acquiring knowledge you are mostly very flexible and clever. You are extremely curious and eager to learn, interested in numerous areas, you usually quickly acquire knowledge. You often shine in areas you are interested in, but where there is no interest, you stay cold and reserved. As a rule, you are a very sociable and, in your environment, popular person, you get a lot of support from everywhere and you can often rely on relationships you make in your youth.

Mars in 3rd house

You are a lively and dynamic person, sociable and even dependent of company, but sometimes you act in caustic, ironical, intolerant and even sarcastic way. Because you have a slightly quarrelsome nature, you put a lot of dynamics into personal, family, neighbor and other relationships. You are interested in everything, you have a very adaptable, active and flexible character, you are a good writer and speaker and you have personal, direct and, to some people, offensive style. You are attracted to journalism, etc.

Jupiter in 3rd house

You are an open, joyful, dynamic, talkative and communicative person who highly values good personal relationships; with family, brothers, relatives, neighbors, etc. Knowledge and education mean a lot to you, so you most probably have a higher education (unless, of course, some other factor, also responsible for this, is in an awkward position). You often work in writing, publishing, education and/or commerce.
