Other important points

Besides planets and houses, some other points are also important for personal horoscope analysis, out of which only a few of the most important ones are considered here: two Arabic Parts (the Part of Spirit and the Part of Fortune), the North Node, Culminating planet, Rising planet and planets in domicile.

The Part of Spirit
is an Arabic Part which is calculated from the positions of the Sun, the Moon and the Ascendant, using the formula: ASC + SUN - MOON = the Part of Spirit. It represents your spirit, the point in personal horoscope in which we somehow connect all the most influential elements of personal horoscope into a common denominator.

The Part of Fortune
is also an Arabic Part which is calculated from the positions of the Sun, the Moon and the Ascendant, using the formula: ASC + MOON - SUN = the Part of Fortune. It represents the lucky point in your personal horoscope where you can best use your natural abilities.

The North Node
is an apparent point in the sky where the Moon orbit and the ecliptic intersect. It represents things which you have to work on to exceed your karma – things and experiences which enable your personal growth and through which you can fulfill your natural abilities.

Culminating planet
is the one closest to the axis of the 10th house (MC). It was therefore highest in the sky at the moment of your birth and so defines what you strive for in life.

The Rising planet
is the one closest to the axis of the 1st house (ASC). It was therefore the eastern planet at the moment of your birth and symbolizes your natural abilities.

Domiciles
Planets that are in the sign or in the house, in which they rule, are in domicile. It is possible you have no such planet or you can have more. These planets have an even more emphasized influence in your personal horoscope.

pThe Part of Spirit in Pisces p 25X36Y L

You have a very compassionate and reconcilable, also idealistic spirit. You are popular, because you mostly have a mild and understanding nature and you also rely on your unlimited intuition. On the other hand, you often don't see things clearly; you look for the good in everything and everyone, you face unpleasant situations, darker sides and not the most positive characteristics of individuals with great difficulty. Sometimes you slightly puzzle other people, you often have an artistic impression (even if you are not involved in artistic matters, however, it is true that you often do find yourself in artistic professions). You are extremely creative, but you need a lot of peace and quiet, because you like taking a lot of interest in yourself.

oThe Part of Fortune in Virgo o 20X5Y F

You are modest in your expectations and wishes. For you, happiness is not something which will fall out of the sky, but the result of long and hard work and mostly of good methods and sensible actions, and you are prepared to make sacrifices to ensure a better tomorrow; so you definitely don't live with your head up in the clouds and you prefer building your future happiness as you go along and without the help of others, because you don't like relying on others, let alone things that are built on clouds. Small trivialities and the most everyday errands make you happy, you also find fulfillment in activities you do for others (such as caring and nurturing).

mThe North Node in Virgo m 17X10Y F

Because your North Node is in Virgo, your South Node is in Pisces
You are an emotional, sensitive, compassionate and caring person, you often exaggerate and drown in your emotions; you perceive everything through an emotional prism and you often worry too much about everything, about yourself and about others. You need to learn how to use and take advantage of your abilities for good and positive purposes, such as working with others, caring and nurturing for them, etc., as well as learn how to express your emotional side through creative work.

aSun as culminating planet a (5X22Y)

Because the Sun is your culminating planet, you radiate a lot of positive energy and are usually good-natured and kind, even if other factors in your horoscope don't otherwise emphasize this. You have pleasant character and behavior, so people like you very much. You have a positive attitude towards work and usually achieve success in business. You are attracted to politics and are interested in manifold areas, including sport, and you can also achieve good results in numerous of these areas.

bMoon as rising planet b (18X12Y)

Because the Moon is found eastern in your personal horoscope, you usually have a changeable and moody nature, but despite this, others find you attractive, interesting and even popular, because you love company, are warm, compassionate and friendly, you also have a good sense of humor, although it is perhaps slightly unusual. Your childhood is mostly varied and interesting, you change things a lot in this period. Your birth is sometimes accompanied by smaller (health) problems, which are connected to secretion or you have similar problems in childhood, it is also possible that your mother had such problems, when she was pregnant with you or between or after birth. You are very attached to your parents, especially your mother. You usually have beautiful eyes, soft and sensitive skin and often a round face.

bMoon in domicile b D

You are sensitive to external influences and negative vibrations from others and from the environment; your impressions are strong, so you quickly change your feelings and others sometimes find you moody and you are not understood. If you are in good mood, you are very funny, fun, pleasant, compassionate and warm, if you are in a bad mood, it is clear that everyone around you feel bad. You are usually prone to enjoying family happiness in a calm home environment, but you also love travelling.
