Mercury in Libra

Besides the Sun and the Moon there are four planets that are very important for personal horoscope analysis and define individual parts of your personality: Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter.

Mercury is the planet, nearest to the Sun and it travels the fastest. That is why it is a very important personal planet, which influences communication, education, relationships, skillfulness and resourcefulness. Mercury also symbolizes transport and travels, especially short ones.

The position of Mercury in personal horoscope tells us how you think, how you communicate with the outer world and generally describes all the things that occupy your mind.

cMercury in Libra c 27X17Y G

You feel best in a calm environment. You are attracted to beauty, aesthetics, also ethics, morals and law. You always strive for balance, you judge things fairly and always take both sides into consideration. You usually act mildly and diplomatically (if, for example, Scorpio is not too strong; or if the Sun or Venus are in this sign). In discussions and debates you act rationally and usually avoid tumultuous, wild and even aggressive environments. The negative side of this position is your indecisiveness, especially in your actions and with accepting responsibility.

cMercury in 1st house c 1$

You are successful in commerce, marketing, writing, publishing, etc. You are resourceful, skillful and clever, you are always on the lookout for new possibilities and also use these possibilities very well. You are interested in science, medicine, literature, architecture, etc. You are a sociable, easy-going and restless person.

Mercury trine Saturn c P g (6X13Y)

You are usually active, enterprising and ambitious. You are decisive and know what you want, you also most often know how to find ways and paths to fulfill your goals as well. You understand hierarchy and respect authority. Reputation is important to you, you appreciate settled matters, tradition and history, are perceptive of novelties and new ways and paths. You always try to realize your ideas and plans and you often succeed in doing so, because besides persistency, you also have a good sense of time and course of things, of “right actions at the right time”.

Mercury opposition Uranus c R h (-5X46Y)

You have exceptional intellectual abilities and you are usually intelligent and capable of abstract thinking, however, you do sometimes sort of distance yourself from others and lose contact with the world and reality. Because of your multifacetedness and exceptional width, those around you often don't understand you or you are sort of “before your time”. Because you don't always have the right feedback, since others can't always keep up with you, you then withdraw into your own world even more and distance yourself from others and can be caught in a vicious circle. You need to find the right way to express your inventive and original ideas, so you can be useful also to others, although not always at that particular time.:)

Mercury square Pluto c O j (-0X6Y)

You are intensive and impetuous, you have a lot of energy, but you often don't know what to do with it and therefor can act irritably, argumentatively or even violently, especially verbally. You have an ambitious and combative, usually also very competitive character. You are a perspicacious person and not too patient and also not always the most tactful. Because of these characteristics, you can be difficult to other people and have problems in relationships. You are not too adaptable and don't like making compromises, that is also your test, because you need to nurture this.
