The aspects

Important elements of every horoscope are also the aspects – they are angles which the planets and other important points form with each other.

Here, we consider six most important aspects: Conjunction (0 degrees), Sextile (60 degrees), Square (90 degrees), Trine (120 degrees), Inconjunction (150 degrees), Opposition (180 degrees).

The more accurate the angle between two planets is, the more important and influential is their relationship in your horoscope. When calculating the aspects, we also consider a certain deviation, which depends on the importance of the aspect and the planets involved (deviation can be anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees of the exact angle).

There are also many smaller aspects, which are only important, if they are very accurate (up to 1 degree) and they, of course, have smaller power or influence. They can be of help with a more detailed and deeper analysis or description of personal horoscope, but for now, we do not take them into consideration.

Sun conjunction Mercury a M c (2X55Y)

Conjunction is actually the only aspect which the Sun and Mercury can form, because the maximum distance between them is less than 30 degrees (and so less than one astrological sign). You are usually a dynamic, moveable and persuasive person and usually have good ability of speech and communication. You quickly make conclusions and connections (unless Mercury is in another bad aspect or goes retrograde) and you often also have a good nose for business, you also master the art of bluffing. You have a sharp and quick mind, sense of detail and you are cunning, although you are also often talented in languages, writing, music and art. You are very sociable, also easy going and adaptable, that is why you have many acquaintances and friends and people, as a rule, like you and often invite you places. You have an audacious, curious and youthful nature and often also looks.

You are usually dynamic and often combative, you usually know how to use your abilities well and usefully and efficiently channel your energy. You intuitively know when and how you need to act (and when not to), you also have some luck in everything you do. You often have a very competitive and athletic character and are often successful in ˝men's professions˝ or areas which are mostly attributed to men.

With such trine, you have an open and free-spirited nature, modern views and are usually without prejudice, so you often have a very wide and special specter of friends and acquaintances. You are a humanitarian and an altruist, you often work with dedication in areas involved with the common good. You are intelligent, inventive and original. Often, you are in some way special and exciting and have a sort of magnetic attraction, so you are often in center of attention and are wanted in many companies. You don't like routine, monotony and molds, so you often choose dynamic and modern approaches and untrodden paths, on which you ¸break new ground and often leave your mark. You are not afraid of challenges and you like risks, you experiment a lot and do everything in some new, your own way.

The Sun in such position emphasis both characteristics of the Sun sign as well as the sign in which the Ascendant is. Despite in which sign they are, they mark that you are, as a rule, a hearty person who has a positive attitude towards life, are sincere and cheerful, have a pleasant look and are usually also healthy (if other positions or aspects don't indicate differently, and also in this cases it makes other, worse aspects, if they are present, milder). You don't see others completely clearly nor yourself in relationships with them, that is why you need a lot of time for yourself to process emotional impressions. You need mild encouragement and guidance, you don't take criticism well. Sometimes you are prone to addictions (especially if other aspects and positions also indicate this). You are fast, clever, original and inventive, often intelligent above average. You are skillful, active, flexible and are constantly doing something. You are always creating something, constantly improving and educating, always discovering new paths and ways, always looking into the future. You are altruistic, you try to improve the world and can also receive positive feedback, because of your good ideas which you often successfully present to others and others are willing to follow or at least help you on your path and with your efforts, although – because you are often simply “a bit ahead of time” – you are not always understood right away.
