Mercury in Taurus

Besides the Sun and the Moon there are four planets that are very important for personal horoscope analysis and define individual parts of your personality: Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter.

Mercury is the planet, nearest to the Sun and it travels the fastest. That is why it is a very important personal planet, which influences communication, education, relationships, skillfulness and resourcefulness. Mercury also symbolizes transport and travels, especially short ones.

The position of Mercury in personal horoscope tells us how you think, how you communicate with the outer world and generally describes all the things that occupy your mind.

cMercury in Taurus c 3X34Y B

You are stubborn, you always thoroughly examine and consider everything before you decide to act. Things need to be orderly and in their place. You love money, benefits and comforts that money can offer and are cautious with money, but not stingy. You have a talent for accumulating material wealth and also a talent for all things, connected with money in general. You are not enthusiastic about new ideas and need a lot of time to adapt to them. But when you do start doing things or when you finally get excited about something, nothing will stop you from doing it.

You have vivid imagination and outstanding skills that are mostly dependent on your well-being and also mood at that particular moment. You are often immersed in deep thought and come across slightly chaotic and impractical, but you also have a very good memory, strong intuition and mostly the ability to understand others, that is why you are often involved in social work. But because you are also (if you want) a very good bluffer, you often work in acting, fashion and art.

Mercury sextile Venus c N d (-1X23Y)

You are pleasant, usually sociable and communicative, you also have a fun and witty character and people usually like you because of it. You often move in artistic circles. You have open views, many acquaintances and contacts, who can help you towards progress and success. You often have a sense of business and money.

Mercury sextile Mars c N e (-1X51Y)

You have an active, enterprising, dynamic and flexible character. You are skillful, you react quickly and you adapt to every situation. You are flexible and coordinated and you know how to accumulate physical and mental energy well. You often have a good sense of rhythm and are interested in sports.

Mercury trine Jupiter c P f (-4X8Y)

You are usually pleasant, very sociable and open, also talkative, fun and interesting, that is why you are usually much loved in company. You are interested in everything, are clever and learn quickly, you intensely absorb and take advantage of data and information. You are constantly progressing, one way or the other. You value knowledge, you like discovering new methods and you are always educating and fulfilling. You have a curious and exploring spirit, are interested in novelties and news. You love nature, children and animals and often also have a sense of acting in such areas. You are dynamic, are always in motion and you often travel.

Mercury inconjunct Neptune c Q i (-0X35Y)

You have vivid imagination and strong intuition, but because you are sensitive (also to critique and opinions of others), you often withdraw into your dream world and solitude and take on the role of victim, instead of managing to use these potentials and to fulfill many of your plans, which because of this often fall through. Invest energy into something creative and not into running from reality, because you often have a talent for artistic and similar areas.

Mercury inconjunct Pluto c Q j (-4X5Y)

You are usually intelligent and insightful, you intuitively perceive the essence of the situation, but despite this you don't act and judge best in these situations, because you too often make conclusions based only on yourself and don't consider other circumstances and don't always adapt to them well. Although you have a lot of thinking energy and a perspicacious nature, you often don't distinguish between what is important and what is useless, so you can be inspecting some completely meaningless and unnecessary things, as if under a microscope.
