Mars in Cancer

Mars is a planet of physical energy and action. It rules the Aries sign and traditionally (before Pluto was discovered) also Scorpio. Mars is also one of the personal planets, because on average it stays in one sign for less than 2 months and therefore has an important influence on our personality.

In personal horoscope, Mars is connected to action, energy, competitiveness, hot-bloodedness and impetuousness. The position of Mars tells us in what way and in what form you express your activity. Mars also indicates your ambitions and the work you do, which is connected to these ambitions.

All your actions depend on emotions and on how you feel at that particular moment. You enjoy working in peace and quiet, you definitely have a hobby in life that relaxes you and it is probably connected to beautiful things or art. In peace and quiet you create, carve, paint, collect antiques, you work from the background. At first glance, you may not radiate a lot of physical power, but are overcome with exceptional passion when you relax and feel at home (you are almost certainly a good lover), you are also a very persistent and reliable person – but everything depends on how you feel.

Often you focus all your life and all your energy to charity and similar projects. You are a humanist, involved in fighting for human and animal rights, you are interested in ecology. You work very well in groups or under patronage of a bigger organization, you yourself often introduce novelties into existing and accepted systems – in science and spirituality or in computer science and mathematics. You like making all sorts of acquaintances and friendships, but you are basically a naive person and aren't always the best judge of what company is actually cool for you.
