Mars in Aries

Mars is a planet of physical energy and action. It rules the Aries sign and traditionally (before Pluto was discovered) also Scorpio. Mars is also one of the personal planets, because on average it stays in one sign for less than 2 months and therefore has an important influence on our personality.

In personal horoscope, Mars is connected to action, energy, competitiveness, hot-bloodedness and impetuousness. The position of Mars tells us in what way and in what form you express your activity. Mars also indicates your ambitions and the work you do, which is connected to these ambitions.

Mars opposition MC e R s (-4X15Y)

You are usually very energetic, decisive, combative and competitive. Sometimes you even exaggerate in being competitive and are impatient, inconsiderate and untactful. You don't always respect authorities, you are stubborn and rebellious, you don't like being in subordinate position. You have leadership characteristics and abilities, but you often lack compassion (although you, on the other hand, demand a lot of it for yourself). You don't understand that others perhaps don't have as much energy as you do and are too strict, critical and demanding towards them. You like to prove (yourself), are prone to cynicism and quarrelsomeness. You don't want to hear objections and you don't like compromises, so your relationships with others are sometimes difficult and problematic.
